Accommodation prices are without food. Breakfast, or other meals, can be re-ordered.
The price of breakfast is 180 CZK incl.. Vat / person (breakfast to the BOX with you + 20 CZK).
In all rooms, there are air conditioners (toll-free).
Cancellation Policy:
When the binding order list can be sent to guests after agreement forma invoice in the amount of 30% of the total stay.
• cancellation within 10 days before 0%,
• cancellation of orders from 9 – 2 days before 30% of expected price,
• cancellation of orders from 2 – 0 days before 100% of expected price.
Cancellation fees for groups in the height of 10% total price of ordered accommodation and services within the 30 do 21 including days before the date of arrival
• cancellation fee 25% total price of ordered accommodation and services paid by the customer in case, that makes Cancellations within the 20 do 15 including days before the date of arrival
• cancellation fee 50% total price of ordered accommodation and services paid by the customer in case, that makes Cancellations within the 14 do 8 including days before the date of arrival
• cancellation fee 75% total price of ordered accommodation and services paid by the customer in case, that makes Cancellations within the 7 do 4 including days before the date of arrival
• cancellation fee 100% total price of ordered accommodation and services paid by the customer in case, that makes Cancellations within the 3 do 0 including days before the date of arrival
surcharges:
Rent baby beds 340,- CZK / night.
Accommodation with pets 150,- CZK / night.

According to the law on the registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. He is also obliged to register a revenue received from the Tax online. In the event of a technical failure, then at the latest 48 hours.
